Hi, I'm Didde and I'm glad you're here. I offer counselling and psychotherapy from my office space in Chorlton, South Manchester and online. I provide a safe, supportive and non-judgemental space where you can explore patterns, thoughts and beliefs that could be holding you back from living the life you want to live.

I have experience working with a range of presenting issues including anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, relationship and family matters, difficulties settling in a new country as an expat and life transitions.
I have a curious and open mind and I'm here to help you explore and make sense of your own story while honouring your feelings around your experiences. I will support you as you gain a deeper understanding of yourself, which in turn will allow you to live a more intentional life knowing your full value.
I can provide therapy in English and Danish.
