My Services

Psychotherapy offers a space where you are invited to pause and turn your attention inward. In the midst of everyday demands, expectations and roles, it can be difficult to notice what you are actually feeling or needing. Therapy offers a quiet, confidential place to slow down and become more attentive to your inner life. It gives you an opportunity to reflect on your own experience.

From a Transactional Analysis and systemic perspective, emotional struggles are not only personal, but are shaped by the relationships, contexts and stories we are part of. Feelings such as anxiety, sadness, emptiness or restlessness can be understood as meaningful responses to your life circumstances, rather than problems to be fixed. This approach invites compassion and understanding for all parts of your experience.

In psychotherapy, these experiences are explored with openness and curiosity, paying attention to how patterns develop in relation to others and to the world around you. Through conversation and reflection, new meanings can emerge. Over time, psychotherapy can support a deeper sense of connection to yourself and others, greater emotional freedom and a more flexible and authentic way of being in your life.

Whether you are seeking therapy for anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or personal growth, my goal is to offer a calm, supportive space where insight and change can take root. Psychotherapy can provide a steady grounding allowing you to rediscover balance and begin shaping a life that feels more aligned with who you truly are.

About Group Therapy

In group therapy you meet regularly with others in a supportive and carefully held space to explore what you are struggling with in your life and relationships. Using a Transactional Analysis approach, the group becomes a place to gently notice patterns in communication, deepen self-understanding and try out new ways of relating, supported by shared experience and connection.
